I upgraded my appliance server to command view
version 8.00.01, then upgraded the XCS code from 6110 to 6200. That seems to be working fine, but when I tried to access my EVA through command view after upgrade I got this message shown below. Any ideas???
The version of the storage system you are attempting to manage is not supported by your management server's version. To manage this system, you must update either
your storage system firmware or your management server software

Solution
After installing CV 8.0.1 and upgrading to XCS 6.200, the CV GUI may display that the XCS version is not supported.
The CV install guide states that you need to do a browser refresh after upgrading CV.
CV install guide content.
Refreshing the browser
After you upgrade HP Command View EVA, refresh the browser:
├в ┬в In Internet Explorer, press Ctrl+F5.
├в ┬в In Mozilla, press Shift and click Reload simultaneously.
If a refresh does not resolve the issue, clearing the browser cache has been
shown to also resolve this issue.
please let us if thos doesn't work
