CPQADU uitlity gives an error. Please advise.
We are seeing a error when running the cpqadu utility(from SmartStartv4.70) on ml370 with 3200 controller. System operates fine, but running diagnostics on the array gives "error occurred reading RIS copy from SCSI Port 1 Drive ID's 0,1 and 2". Would like to know what this means or if it may be related to the version of cpqadu being used in relation to the controller firmware, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Could find much in forum searches or manuals to help.

Re: CPQADU uitlity gives an error. Please advise.
The server configuration and software integration tool from Compaq. SmartStart version supported (minimum): SmartStart 5.00 The problem might just be that you are using a version thats not supported. Sugg to use at less version 5 of the smartstart.
