Receieved the following messages.

Looks like you have a dead/missing disk.
Run "ioscan -fnC disk" and look for the c1t6d0 device. If it doesn't show up, or if it shows up as "NO_HW", then you need to get it replaced.

Make a copy of your e/tc/lvmtab file then move it . Then try
#vgscan -v
Do a man on vgscan .
If that does not work try
# vgreduce -f /dev/vg_name
This will force the mising PV to be deleted from the configs .
Do man vgreduce for more information .
#vgscan -v
Do a man on vgscan .
If that does not work try
# vgreduce -f /dev/vg_name
This will force the mising PV to be deleted from the configs .
