D2600 - Drive with no enclosure number on slot 99; missing enclosure ID
Hi -
I purchased a used D2600 enclosure and have installed 12 drives. The enclosure is the only one on the system and is connected to an LSI9280-8e. All seems to be working well but my compulsion for consistency drives me to try to find out why I have ended up with the following output from storcli /c0 show.
My specific question is on the last drive in the list which shows up with no enclosure ID and 99 as its slot. Is there a way to get the drive recognized as being in enclosure 95 and slot 12?
Thanks for your assistance!

I sure could use some input on this, even if it is "don't worry about it" or "go read this manual rookie". Thanks!!

Re: D2600 - Drive with no enclosure number on slot 99; missing enclosure ID
Hi clangren
Thankyou for coming on HPE Community Forums,
I suggest you to get in touch with the HPE Technical Support for getting assistance on this because, we will have to check the current status of the drive and also need to check the previous event in order to get this sorted out.
Hope this helps.!
Regards

Re: D2600 - Drive with no enclosure number on slot 99; missing enclosure ID
Mahesh202 > Thanks very much for the input but I do not have a support agreement with HP. I purchased a used 2600 for use in my home network and have the community as my only source of support.
If anyone has any suggestions for an attempt to fix that would be most welcome. Likewise, if there is technical documentation which I can access to assist in troubleshooting that would also be most welcome.
Thanks very much!
