SolutionI suppose you mean the D5955A Netraid 3si controller.
The D6029A is not supported in the Netraid 3si. The 3si uses EDO DRAm Simms while the D4943A Netraid uses FPM Simms.
What's the use of putting a 16 MB simm on a 3si controller? It has only 1 memory slot and comes standard with 16 MB in it.
If you want to add extra memory, try the D7132A 64 MB simm.
Marco.

Re: D6029 16Mb NetRaid cache supports?
HP uses several part- and product numbers for the same product.
D4943A is the official product number, everyhthing with a -xxxxx (like -60002 or -69001) is some kind of sparepartnumber.
You mentioned a 3si controller, and that's something different (ultra-2 capabilities and 3 external connectors).
Hope everything's clear now!
Marco.

Re: D6029 16Mb NetRaid cache supports?
There is only two memory slots so I suppose it will upgrade only to 32 Mb using two memory banks part number D6029A 16 Mb each, my question is:
How can I upgrade it to more than 32 Mb, let's say 64 Mb?
Any one can help me?
Thanks
