Error Code E400.300CH

Hi.
On the booting, appears the following message with Smar Array 3200 Controller:
Self - Test Failure (ErrCode=E400.300ch).
I know that the problem is on the Cache Board, however I don?t know where exactly it is.
Can anyone help me?
