Error codes in two digit display

Where is the guide for this errors?
I have 'Er' or '04' and everithing seems to be right ...

Sorry, it's refered to a MA8000

These error codes are documented in the 'Model 2100 and 2200 Ultra SCSI Controller Enclosures User Guide'. You should have received a paper copy with your M2200.
