error in command view

While adding storage in command view ,I get th efollowing error :

Error Level 2
Error Code KAIC06400-E
Description An error occurred during processing on the subsystem (error code 1 = "2", error code 2 = "58578", meaning = "An error occurred in the disk subsystem. The configuration may be inconsistent. Click [All Refresh] and refresh the configuration."). If the configuration was being changed, refresh the subsystem. If you are a local user, contact the system administrator. :



Can any one tell me the possible reason and remedy ...

Hi,

there are different management software solutions for VA-, EVA-, XP-arrays, and several libraries - all are called commandview for ...
