Error message while attempting to create a LUSE in Command View XP CV 2.2B

When attempting to create a 35 member LUSE in Command View XP 2.2B, I received the following error message:

"An error occurred in the disk sub-system. The configuration may be inconsistent. Please select [All Refresh] and refresh the configuration (2 58578)."

Please advise if you've seen this one before and how you got it was resolved.
