Is there a Command View Host "Custom Type" and "Hex" code entry for Windows 2008 server to provide SCSI-3 Persistent Binding support on an EVA 5000 running VCS 3.110. Any help much appreciated.
Setting it to Tru64 or VMWare's custom Hex 000000002200282E appears to work; at least initally passing SCSI-3 Per. Res. tests.

Thank you for your reply

Yes, looking at the HP StorageWorks EVA software compatibility reference from April 2007, I see Command View EVA 6.0.2 compatible with VCS 4.0xx.
But you should update to XCS 4.100
