EVA4400 SmartStart for EVA installation error

Dear All,

recently we had one DL-145 G3.. connect to EVA4400 dual controller via SAN Switch Brocade..

after several installation step & cheklist of HP SmartStart for EVA Storage software cd.. and after setting up the password for hp admin.. came this "BLM" error... as seen on my attachment..

I have seen the same error. SmartStart EVA then complains that it isn't logged on as an administrator, even though the system is logged on as a domain admin.

do you encounter this BLM error during installation of EVA smartstart?if so,call hp support.i encountered that error before.what they do is they reset the EVA by CLi.the hp engineer did not me give any doc on how to solve the error.

Has this server changed name and/or domain/workgroupe membership in the procsess?

What are the os/patchlevel of the server?
