Expanding "E:" (logical drive) drive on external smart array cluster

We have an external (Compaq) smart array cluster attached to two W2K, ProLiant-DL380 servers. (Not clustered - just SSP slective storage presentation)
After adding some disks and extending the space, it turns out the disks were added to the wrong logical drive (#2).
Is there any utility (PartitionMagic for W2K server ?) that will allows us to move this space over to logical drive 1?
Or do we need to backup the drive and start from scratch.
