how to update va7410 firmware use windows pc ?

I have a va7410,one windowns 2000 PC connect it ,this pc has commandview 1.06,I want to install seven 146G disk to va7410,but va7410's firmware version is HP A100,It doesn't support 146G disk,I want to update VA7410'S firmware to HP 120,but i have not any idea.
Because i have not HP 9000 serer,so update firmware is very difficult to me

please tell me good way and solution
