I need an information about this:
does MSCA 1000 support hp controler Ultra 320 scsi? if yes, is there any performance issue?

Hi,
for MSAs above 500 G2(1000+) you need fibre channel HBA, so no scsi connection is possible.

The MSA1000 supports Ultra320 disks, but the controller interface is only Ultra 3.
It has 4 channels, 2 to the embeded disk enclosure, and 2 external.
From the MSA1000 Quickspecs:

- 2 Gb Fibre Channel to Hosts
MSA1000 supports HP Universal 1" Ultra2, Ultra3 and Ultra320 drives
