HPArray Manager/60 Utilities on HPux 11.0

Per the SC60 Quick Install Guide, I downloaded the PHCO_23149.depot and PHSS_23332.depot and am unable to install them. I get:Failed installing fileset
"PHCO_23149.ADMN-ENG-A-MAN,r=B.11.00.14".

The fix for this was setting the swinstall option of
"All targets to resolve the source locally"
