SolutionDear Yevgeniy,
4TB drive option is supported on D6000 drive enclosure but you need to make sure you have compatible 4TB drive that works the D6000 drive enclosure.
I did not find a part number: 9ZM270-035 in the HPE database. Moreover, there are several spare numbers associated with model number: MB4000FCWDK
Kindly validate the part number for the drive-by looking label on the physical hard drive which must be as below:
HPE Model Number: MB4000FCWDK
Option Part Number: 693689-B21
Spare Part Number: 693721-001
Spare Part Description: 4TB 6G SAS 7.2K 3.5in DP MDL HDD
Please do refer below the link that shows the same info for the drive listed with drive enclosure.
https://partsurfer.hpe.com/Search.aspx?type=PROD&SearchText=E7W30
Additional, please check if the server and controller are supported, as given in the below document.

Re: HP D6000 doesn`t detect new HDD after replace.
I don’t see the drive details matching in our database. From the screenshots, I could notice that the old drive is on old firmware and the new drive on a higher firmware.
Is the new drive received under HPE support or some third party vendor? Is the drive enclosure under contract for getting the latest firmware?

Re: HP D6000 doesn`t detect new HDD after replace.
Some time ago my company got this HP D6000 from second hand, this one hasn't contract from HPE. Me told, that in 2016 was upgrade firmware to HPD6, because disks was failed and new firmware returned some disks to live.
When we got HP D6000 it has some failed disks and we ordered five new disks from third company, not from HPE.
Two days ago I tried to replace failed disks to new, but ran into problems, HP D6000 didn`t detect new disks.

Re: HP D6000 doesn`t detect new HDD after replace.
Could different firmware make problem?
May be I need to upgrade firmware to new and old disks? I found firmware on HPE site https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_3e6b0a4d10c24d64918d17b7e6&swEnvOid=4103#
How do you think its help me?
Or may I need downgrade new disks to HPD6?

Re: HP D6000 doesn`t detect new HDD after replace.
Since the part numbers do not reflect in our database, and this was not purchased from HPE( purchased from third party), I will not be able to advise or recommend this step. Firmware listed on our website is for the drives that are found in our database.
Kindly request you to get a drive from authorized reseller with below drive specifications ( which tested one with drive enclosure)
HPE Model Number: MB4000FCWDK
Option Part Number: 693689-B21
Spare Part Number: 693721-001
Spare Part Description: 4TB 6G SAS 7.2K 3.5in DP MDL HDD
It is better to renew the contract on the hardware or log a support call for a one-time service.
