Max Lun count of AIX VIO server

Hi,

We have around 1816 luns assigned to a single ported HBA and i have assigned some 40 luns again of 36 GB each but they are not visible at Host end.

Server : AIX VIO
Storage: HP24k

Please let me know the max number of Luns supported per HBA/Per VIO server ?
