mounting snap shot and take backup

I have one alpha server and eva5000.Ihave created 2 vdisks cdisk1 & vdisk2 and presented it to the server.On Alpha server I have created some domain filsets like data1,data2,data3 on vdisk1 & data4,data5,data on vdisk2.I want to take the snapshot and then take the backup of the snapshot using DP6.0
I want to know step by step procedure to do this.I have seen other threads but the stepe are genearl.. like umount the filesystem,take snapshot and mount the snapshot and take backup.My query is how to mount the snapshot and where to mount it.
Some more info that you may require. ALpha OS version: tru64 unix v5.1b,connecting to storage using FC.EVA5000- controller firmware- vcs 5.110, cv eva 6.0, BC license present.
