MSA 1500 notifications in System Management Homepage
On a MSA1500 with 6 enclosures ( SATA ) drives a few of them have a FAN status Not installed or FAN failed, in System Management Homepage installed from SmartStart 7.40
OK, Fan failed could occur but Not Installed seems not clear to me.
The other enlcosures have normal Fan status.
Somebody hve any idea's ?
Thanx Jerry.

Re: MSA 1500 notifications in System Management Homepage
Jerry,
I would re-seat the fan...The controller is either unable to see the fan or the Fan has completely failed and will need to be replaced.
