MSA 500 controller error 204 Controller disable

i have two DL560 with advanced server operating system installed.It has been clustered with SQL 2000. In the past, it has been giving that error of 204 controller disable.I later change the two contollers with new one but after three months the same symptom has appear. i don't really know what to do.please can you help me up
