MSA1000 - error during fw upgrade of disk drives

Hi,
We have an MSA1000 with one controller. After upgrading the MSA1000 kode to the latest a/p code we try to upgrade fw on some of the disk drives, and get time out problems. (se enclosed pic) Anyone expirienced this?

where are you getting the firmware from as there have been issues in the past, see here :-
