We have a MSA2012fc dual controller array. Its updated to the latest firmware (J202R10-03) and there are no apparent errors in the logs on it.
There is a problem that we can't use the Web UI for management - when you try to change any setting, you get a message:
Request failed because configuration has changed - Please wait 10 seconds and retry request (Config Change Error). "3"
You can wait all you want, try to restart the controllers (both RAID and management) - the problem persists.
We can make changes through the CLI, but its not very convenient...

SolutionFound out what the problem was: after restoring to default settings, the topology is changed to loop. The host links are going up/down every second (currently its connected directly to a host and not all ports are used).
After changeing all the topology settings to point-to-point, we can now use web management.
