MSA500 G2 Rebuild Failure

Hey Folks,
I need some urgent help with my MSA. I have got 2xMSA500 G2 controllers. I have 2 logical volumes of 6 disks each and I have 2 distributed online spares (Total 14). One disk failed and I replaced it, the rebuild started and failed after 96% completion. The LED from the hard disk is gone but on the LCD of the controller the message is Logical Volume#1 Rebuild failed. Another disk in the other logical volume has also failed and showing same behavior when new disk is inserted. Please folks, some urgent solution!!
