Networker management console can not be start

I use EMC`s networker management console,
http://study:9000 to start NMC,but I got a message"MISSING JRE",i have installed JRE.
what shall i do,pls help me.thanks a lot

on your shell,
start with "java -version" - see if you get response.
if no response - maybe install failed/incomplete.
if response ok - check "Networker management console " prerequisites for jre version.
