Hello All;
I am experiencing an odd problem.
on the P2000 i create a volume of say 100GB. when i then present that to ESX it comes up as a raw LUN of 93GB. i.e before formatting to the vmfs.
Obviously when formatting it then takes a sliver of the space when formatting as expected.
It seems slightly odd to myself as this does not happen when presenting the same size volume from an EVA4400.
The only difference is that the EVA is in a switched fabric whereas the P2000 is directly attached to the server over fibre
Any ideas? thanks
