People with the HP 6 Port SATA RAID Controller, can you help?

Hey all,

That card is based on a OEM version of the Adaptec 2610SA. Dell has the same card rebranded as their "Dell SATA 6ch CERC controller".

The server at work has the Dell card and I've noticed the performance to be very slow!

So, can anyone with the HP version provide HDTach benchmarks? I'm wondering if it's a limitation of the Dell firmware, or the card itself. Thanks!
