Placement of FATA disk drives to EVA
Hello!
I'm interested with next questions:
1. Where to place FATA drives to EVA4000
2. Where to place FATA drives to EVA6000/8000
From the point of perfomance, shoud I place FATA drives to separate enclosure from FC drives or to the same enclosures with FC drives?
Or may be better to place them on separate loop...
Please explane different configuration for some examples
Thank you

Re: Placement of FATA disk drives to EVA
FATA disk drives must be in their own disk group. Just place the drives the same way you would place Fibre Channel disk drives for another disk group:
distribute them equally across all disk drive enclosures. The EVA model does not matter.
