raid 1 degraded on ml330 g3

hi,
I have a problems on a server ml330
the boot make a very very long time.

And in the boot the disk is degraded

what is the solution to have the raid online.
the software at the boot is Megaraid IDE utility.

the config is two disque ide 500GB
