Remote ROMflash for Smart-2/E fails (v4.48a)

Has anyone else had a problem with the remote ROMflash with a Smart-2/E? I used version 4.48a. We have got round the problem by creating the diskette from the Options ROMpaq, but would ideally like to be able to run the update remotely.

I see now that version 4.48B has been released - does anyone know if this will fix my problem?
