Replacing 642 controller on ML350

Event viewer informed us our RAID controller needed to be replaced. We just received the replacement 642 controller, and wanted to know the procedures for replacing the controller. From what we have read it sounds like we just replace the controller and the hard drives will configure the controller. Is it that simple?

Yes it is. The controller will read the configuration from the drives (if all drives are there and ok).
