SA-P400 NCQ Support

I have a SA-P400 with hardware Rev B / firmware 4.12. However ADU shows "SATA NCQ Supported: FALSE". Do I need a later hardware rev to get NCQ work? What rev do I need?

It maybe a case that the SATA drives being used in your setup are not NCQ compatible.

Take a look at the link below which says
"For NCQ to be enabled, it must be supported and turned on in the controller and in the hard drive itself."

I am  forced searching for the same answers,  the controller says my drives  support it and is enables on them,  but it disables them for my raid ,  How do i force it to enable on the controller itself?
