The Status led(Service) is on Amber and one of the hard disk has no light..What is the possible remedy for this..

SolutionWow, must be 15 years old now.
Connect to grid manager and check - likely a bad BBU after all the years.

If you are running hp-ux on the host you can even manage the array with SAM.

In the past the serial connection was usually configured to the server, so you can likely use "cu" from the host.
