Slow FCIP connection over LES-1000 link
Greetings,
Have 2 EVA-5000s replicating with CA, and only getting 12MB/sec compressed (24 raw) across a LES-1000 link. Am running MP-400 routers, with both sides configured with 1 GigE port only and one FCIP tunnel on this GigE port.
Does compression cause this much of a performance hit? I read that ISL trunking more than 1 FCIP tunnel is not supported for EVA, but what if they are on different GigE Ports?
Confused dot com! Any enlightenment? Ian
