System board replaces and RAID position

One of our Server which built-in RAID controller and RAID configuration is
RAID 1 for OS and RAID 5 for Data.
Unfortunately system board become faulty, that’s why we need to replace
the system board.
I need to know after replacing the system board, RAID configuration is working as before?

Nobody can say for sure, because you have not told us what type of server and RAID controller.
