Ultra320 upgrade? Heatsink?

Are there any plans for U320 daughterboard and firmware upgrade?

Should there be a heatsink installed on the powerpc chip as
seen in the user guide, chapter 9?

What is its operating frequency and
is it recommended to use a heatsink with it?
