I have one storage HP EVAxxx model connected to Cx IA boxes. if i run ioscan all disks are detected. but I am unable to format them from 520 bytes to 512 bytes using JBODfmt and commandview and even GUI ( disks r not shown ).
nec01:/opt/sanmgr/commandview/server/data # ioscan -fnC disk

Re: Unabe to format storage to 512 bytes

This is not related to any EVA, but to VA7xx0.

JBODfmt is the command you need - what happens if you run it?

You can also try to use the GUI, e.g. cvui.

Hope this helps!
