Unable to Authenticate Login, Try again.
when i'am login HP Storage Management Utility error message was showing, Unable to Authenticate Login, Try again. how to resolve the issue

Thanks for your reply, when i login SSH via putty after enter user id and
password, it was closed automatically, this is also not working,
