can we use the same p;rocedure for upgrading msa1000 with msa1500cs ??? and if no what is the correct procedure??

Hi,
yes, the same procedure can be applied to the msa 1500
the pain is one part of the reality

Hi,
only the reminder, if you are upgrading to the AP version 5.20 and above or AA version 7.x, the full backup before is the must, because it cannot be online rolled back if the upgrade is unsuccessfull.
