Upgrade NIKE 10/20

Hi, I need upgrade the microcode of a SP controller. Actually the controller has PROM 8.02 and microcode 7.23 and I need 9.26.07 microcode revision. How I can download it?

Hi David,

You need to ask HP engineer because the firmware was not for public download and this must be done by qualified engineer to upgrade the firmware offline
