VA7410 Secure Manager Password

hi

we just bought a new va7410 array and wantto enable secure manager. however, every time we try to start it we get prompted for a password. we dont have a password. how do we reset it to default. also i thought the va7410 came we secure manager by default. we have it on out va7400. surely we dont have to buy a license for the va7410 ?
