why avque is so high?
Hi,
Last sunday a disk in va7400 failed,The hp engineer replaced the disk. now I find the va7400 is still balancing .armdsp -a va displaied:
OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS
The array is BALANCING.
WARNINGS
WARNING: The host indicated that hot spare space reservation was desired, but
the space left unallocated was insufficient to provide the reservation.
and sar -d 5 5 showed that the avque is very high: c1t6d0 8.18 0.50 12 88 3.89 13.63
c2t6d0 5.99 0.50 10 79 3.94 10.25
c13t0d2 9.58 0.55 45 2309 5.84 1.97
c13t0d3 5.39 1578.51 32 2092 5.35 1.71
c13t0d4 21.16 0.50 18 319 7.40 11.95
c13t0d5 18.56 27.50 18 294 4.89 11.69
c13t0d6 25.5
does that mather?
