Winchester Storage Arrays

I have a new client who has a Winchester tower storage array attached to a K box via 3 HSC channels. What I'm looking for is sort of a quick down and dirty regarding the capabilities of this manufacturer's array (particularly vs XP or EMC arrays) and any other user experiences with this gear. I looked at the Winchester website, but it does not get into topics such as alternate scsi link support on HPUX, array mapping capabilities (particulary striping and mirroring), etc. Any users out there?
