200GB USB Hard Drive shows as 128GB

Compaq Evo N600c (flashed BIOS to latest, 18-6-2003), Win2k-SP3.
can connect 16GB USB drive no problem
when connect 200GB USB drive and attempt to partition (via Disk Management), it shows as 128GB only.
Any ideas how to fix this ?

Have a peek at this M$ document, it should help you solve it. You're already at SP3 so the 48bit lba atapi support is there but needs to be turned on by editing the registry. Good luck!
