C2490A / E55 disk drive - jumper settings?

I need to change the ID, I can NOT find any info regarding the jumpers on this drive. Anyone have a document or link to the jumper settings?

14 jumpers on the bottom and not a clue of what to do with them!

Thanks!

Re: C2490A / E55 disk drive - jumper settings?

I've got another question dealing with the same drives.

With a Adaptec AHA-2940 SCSI controller card I can low level format and verify the drive. Problem is that when ever I try any other tests or installing something on the drive I get a *undefined error* message.

Jumpers are in slots -
7 SCSI Pin 29 Shorted
10 Parity Shorted
15 Terminator enable Shorted when last device on bus
16 Terminator Power Shorted when last device on bus

Drives are used and used to be in a array till it died. Rescued the drives and now have a use for them if we can get them up and working again. Would like to put them in a PC with WinXP on them.
Have tried the jumpers in some different spots but don't know enough to know what should work and what doesn't.

Any advice / suggestion on what to try next would be helpfull.
