to 68 Pin High Density (M) - 2.5m - 90 Ohm - (Has Thumbscrews on Both Ends)

C2362B 175.00 Low Voltage Differential SCSI (LVDS) Interface Cable - 68 Pin Very High Density (M)
to 68 Pin High Density (M) - 2.5m - 90 Ohm - (Has Thumbscrews on Both Ends)

From the description in HP Partssurfer they are the same. The "B" is the latest revision of the cable.

The following page has all your choices for cables for the DLT 8000. Pay your money take your chances:

Re: Cabel C2362A and C2362B

C2362A 68pin HDTS to 68pin VHDC 90 Oh,
C2362B is the same but Multimode (LVD)

So for the DLT8k, which usually has a LVD interface, I would use the B version.

Hope this helps you out.
