changing HD on a 8110
I changed my HD for a 15Go
seagate but it seems impossible to get more than 8 Mo...
I tried to use Seagate disk manager but though the full capacity was found,my pc worked very slowly and W98 sent a message about a "386 mode"...
could somebody help me please?

Re: changing HD on a 8110
It seems that the BIOS of your machine is unable to handle more that 8GB, which is a common limitation. You might want to find out if there is a newer BIOS version available for this PC in which this limitation does not exist.
I'm not sure why the overlay software would force your machine into compatibillity mode unless there are other problems with the install ?
Hope this helps.
