Failed to update SAS driver

Hi,
I have a HP 4/8 internal port SAS HBA with RAID and SCxxGe series HBA v1.21.15.0 driver installed and Version control agent tells me to install the 1.28.2.1 version (cp010974.exe).
I have the following msg when I want to update it:
The software is currently installed, but does not need to be installed on this system.

Any idea ?

Downgrade to previous major version then upgrade to last one
