fdisk and restore

after a large crash, i attempted to do a full restore on the pc, now it is stuck in this endless loop, first the compaq screne then it trys to load "go back 2.2" (a aftermarket restore type program), but scince i did a restore it is not there. I need to WIPE OUT the entire drive with a fdisk i suppose then run a full restore, can any one tell me how to completely clean my hard drive with f disk ???? thanks tpartrg310@hotmail.com
