Which is the diffecence
between the 9 GB disks:
A5238A and A5285A for the
HASS A3312A (Jamaica)?
And, are both the disks supported and bootable with
HP-UX 11.x?
Thank in advance.

Re: Hard disk difference
Thank you for the answer.
Is there any difference about the Single-Ended SCSI and the fast wide Differential SCSI for the two disks?
thanks
Renzo

Re: Hard disk difference
SE/LVD devices are physically incompatible with FWD/HVD devices. So do not connect them together onto one SCSI bus.
To connect SE or LVD device to HVD bus you can use bus converters (look: http://www.paralan.com ).
In your case all these black jamaica modules have HVD outer connection, so can be used in HASS as HVD device
