Hard Disks

I recently purchased a used Contura 4/25cx. It has a 121.4MB hard disk. I would like to upgrade to a 1.3GB Toshiba hard disk. The HD setup contains 64 pre-defined options but does not allow manual setup of cylinders, heads, and sectors. Can this be done? Can I upgrade the ROM to accomplish this? Thanks.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?
I have the same problem and I know there are utilities out there that will over-ride BIOS settings.
